Got the Tomahawk. I like it. Fast, quiet, smooth draw and great camo colors. And then it looks sweet!
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

They are both very nice and you won't go wrong with either.  Both are great folks to deal with as well. Try to try each one out and see what suits you better.

I've only owned and hunted with PLs, but my mate owns and hunts with a Tomahawk. They are both superb bows, and I can only recommend that you go with the one you like the looks of. If budget is a concern, then the Tomahawk would be better. If you want to have more choices, go with the PL.

What I really liked about the PL is that almost any arrow I shot would come out very clean, very easy to tune.

How could you be turned off by Widows Customer Service?  Wow...  I've never heard that before. I'd say give them another chance. They have always been the best in the world to me..

Robinhood, I'm not calling you out bro. just saying, give them another shot. You must have caught them on the "One Bad Day" everybody deserves in a year.

Seriously, the BW longbows are as good if not better than most. THey are not that fast in my opinion, but not more than 8-10 fps slower than even the fastest of the fsat longbows, such as ACS/ Centaurs....

PL longbows are great bows if you like longbows...
Blessings,
Steve

Prefer PL.

Widow has always given me exceptional customer service.
