Took advantage of the rainy day and fixed 2 gallon of bear camp chili today. I tested it out, won't know until tomorrow how it came out.

I just read that in Barry's book.  I think I should of held off reading the book as I took Barry up to BQ once before...didn't need any books on tape for the ride

Thought I'd share a few memories from last year's Bear Quest.  Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

Just snagged the Bowdoc 59' Kodiak on the St Judes auction              Had my bear bows picked out and ready for this trip, now it's changed. Sent payment through PayPal as soon as the auction closed, just hope I get it in time to pack it up and close the deal in La Tuque with it. Bowdoc, wish you could be there with us. Like I said, Bear Quest IV is going to be great, Bear Quest V will be better with Bowdoc there

Need to leave home in 5 hours to start the journey, but can't imagine falling asleep.  

I think tomorrow is going to be a L-O-N-G day, but a good one!  I look forward to the trek with Bill, and to meeting all of you!!
