I use a Windsor file. Some places sell as a Grizzly file. Very good quality. You can buy them at the Nocking point. Good folks & sponsors.
I've never used them but, I understand Grobet makes a very good file too. You can pick them up at Kustom King or 3 Rivers. Both are sponsors.

check out the recent posts about the KME sharpening system. Both the knife and broadhead sharpeners are fantastic. The best edges I've had after trying several other systems. I haven't tried them on single bevel heads but there are recommendations for sharpening single bevel heads on their website. Others have said it much better than me on previous threads. Check em out.

I'm partial to a Nicholson file and either a fine crock stick or leather strop -- simple, effective, and I can take it anywhere.

I like a 10" mill bastard, it leaves the edge flat. Any shorter, and you round the edge.
Nicholson's work, for awhile.
I use about two a year.

I have a piece of one by one and a half ash with the corners rounded a slot for firmly holding the arrow when sharpening. It helps to give more control and helps eliminate the tendency to file a rounded edge. I use a Grizzly file to get the edges down and flat.

I haven't done No Mercy's, but the KME broadhead sharpener sure does the trick on Grizzly single bevel, and I'd bet will do a great job on yours as well.
The KME is a great system!
