If the point in front gets in the way, try turning it around backwards or sideways like Barry Wensel!

Truly a nice hat. I'm thinking one might be in order for myself.
They are very simple to make and requires very little sewing skill. I am making more and am planning to try using "No Sew" glue. I am betting it will work. Just pm me if you want a link to the pattern.

The deer will never see you.  If they do they will think your a long dead ghost and just stand there and let you shoot them.

Period clothing can be fun,  no reason not to hunt in it.Send us some pics of the whole outfit when you get it.

Mudd - first off...fine looking hat!

Second - as much as I like the look of your fine dog in your current avatar, I think if you post a poll on here as to whether or not the gang thinks you should change your avatar to that first photo (kilt and all)....you are going to be overwhelmed with feedback to add a new avatar!!!  Given what Rob did with TG's avatar, maybe we could even do it on the sly!!!!!!  :saywhat:

Regardless.......those are great photos.  You'll never have to worry about any of the MO guys saying "show me"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :clapper:

Mudd;
Sorry but it made me chuckle too. So happens I was watching an old 3 stooges last night ( Fiddlers 3 ); yeah, I know my wife says there is something wrong with me. I still like the ( Little Rascals ) too. Any way I thought you would have fit right in as a 4th Stooge with your pointy hat. It pays to be thick skinned when you post photos like that. I loved it. Thanks for sharing with us.
