I could take that bet and win. Unless of course one of my two Robertsons breaks or I lose another bow, which I don't think will happen.  Although it does seem like it is taking 15 years for my new myrtle on myrtle Robertson longbow to get here. I have no patience, the last bow I refinished I touched once every 15 minutes to see if the finish was dry. Those 8 finger prints are a constant reminder of that even today. I am hoping that the two Robertsons one left hand and the other right will shoot the same spine arrow myself.

No reason at all you can't tune both bows to shoot the same arrows if you want to.

I shoot the same hunting arrow from a selfbow,bamboo/osage and a Hoyt Gamemaster.I tuned them to the arrow so I would not have to carry a bunch of different arrows during hunting season. There is over 30fps difference in the speeds of the bows but all 3 shoot the arrow perfect.

I'm laughing at this too.... I'm retired and have to watch the $$$ pretty carefully also...but could never say, let alone make a bet, that I'd never buy another bow     :wavey:

I second that.

To answer you original question, I had identical spec Firefly's and they both shot the same arrow perfectly.

GMMAT, I can’t say how it will work with your TIP, but mine I shoot Grizzlystick Alaskans I have two sets of limbs, one at 55# the other at 62#. All I have to do is change tips weight from 55#@200 field point weight and 125G for the 62# limbs. This works great for my setup Good luck.

Gene-What is the secret for hiding the bow from my wife? My wife shoots with me and knows every bow that I have and I am really thinking about a Dwyer Endeavour Bow. I guess I'll have to sell one of my other 17 bows to justify it. Unless you come up with a good story for my wife.
