Carbon Arrow comparison chart?

seems every carbon arrow is labeled differently! is there any chart or easy way to compare spine of various brands?

hah!  worse than that, carbon arrow static spine ratings have nothing to do with dynamic spine reality.

what's yer draw length and holding weight?

Most carbons the number on them like 500,400 that is their spine deflection.Some are labeled differently like 35/55,or like 150,250,these I just go to the manufacturer's website to get the spec's.I don't know if there is any universal chart for carbon arrows.There are a lot more carbon arrow manufacturer's these days and most will label with the spine of the arrow and some don't.If I'm looking at carbons I'm not sure about I just go to their website to get the spec's on them.

Having a spine tester solves lots of problems when it comes to the correct arrow spine.

Most arrow manufacturers have the spine specs of their shafts on their web site. Beman/Easton incorporates the deflections into the shaft size (300, 340, 400, 500, 600).

Stu's calculator has a drop down for all types of carbons (and aluminum too).  He just put out a new version a few weeks ago with more arrow choices.
