Saxon Fox Recurve

I was looking for some help on this. I'm picking this bow up it is the 56" Saxon Fox Recurve, for up to 28" Draw, anyone have one that could tell me about brace height, and the bow is 10 years old, so I'm assuming I should not shoot fast flight?
