Pictures of bows
« on: March 31, 2010, 03:52:00 PM »
I am looking for pictures (and specs and wood on the bows) from 2 different (and only these 2) bowyers.

Mike from Maddog
Dave from Seigeworks

I really like Mike's bows, and his midsize bows would be great at my draw length, but I always keep coming back to thinking that I want a Sidewinder from Dave. HELP!!!

Thank you,
Chester

I have a GennIII on order from Dave. You could drive out to look at a sidewinder. He's in Mt pleasant about 6hrs away.

I would do some more home work on the Seigeworks bows with regards to delivery time.  There's a thread on the other sites documenting problems with orders.  Just to be safe, check it out.

It was also brought up here. At least you don't have to wait a YEAR. I'd like to see some of the complainers go in the bow business and see how swamped to get with a good product.

I would love to have either......   ;)

I was hoping to get a kids bow before Christmas from Mike. I just waited too long, so I didn't place the order.

My Grandson owns a Pup. He's a young boy and it will get passed down to his 2 lil sisters.
I hope that this will pass thru another generation or 2.
I'm seriously thinking of one of Mikes longbows.
That whatchamacallit for your thingamajig.
Personally I prefer 50+ but as I age I suspect that my dohinky be slippin, and 40 or better might do.
Thanks Mike, you make a very nice bow./

I have to note on Drifter's pic, I didn't put the snake skin on that one.  That's a service I won't do.
