Rookie Trad Archer
« on: April 02, 2010, 10:51:00 AM »
I'm not sure if this will work but if not you can see the video on youtube. Just search Rookie Trad Archer. The video is from my droid phone so it isn't the best.

This is my 4 year old son Zeke.  We had a nice afternoon of shooting together yesterday.  The only thing he knows as a bow is a trad bow.  I went to a shoot with some freinds last year and when they pulled out their compounds Zeke said,"what is that".  I hope we enjoy many years of trad hunting and shooting together.

Thats great and I bet the neighbors will have a lot of respect for him when he gets older.Archery in kids is a great discipline to help grow to be good men and good women. Good on you dad for teaching him the way.   :archer:

That's his go to bow. Its a bear little cub. I bought him a bow from maddog and it's just a little too heavy for him yet. He likes to shoot at the pig target at my buddy's house. I need to get him one.

He won't be wearing that rookie tag much longer from what I just witnessed. He did great! I would suggest getting some balloons to pop once in awhile just to keep it interesting.

Thank you for sharing with us.

God bless,Mudd
