Hang in there and enjoy the shooting , you can do anything with the stickbow that you could  do with a compund . Friends tried to tell me other wise but I keep proving them wrong year after year .

I can't go a but a few days without loosing some arrows.  This site helps me get over the in between days.

Once you get the basics down; begin learning to trust yourself; don't out think your instinct.  If you think about missing you probably will.  Go to some 3D shoots to begin for the varied distance and terrain practice.
