Any pics of gray colored bows?
« on: April 24, 2010, 11:45:00 PM »
Hi fellas,
I've got a new Dwyer Endeavor on order and I'm initially looking at quilted maple lams stained gray.  Any pics of gray colored bows out there, and what color riser to match?  I was thinking macassar ebony but after seeing so many awesome bow pics here I'm beginning to second guess myself!

Here is a grey actionwood KANATI by Jason Kendall with veneers of crosscut grey actionwood....

My daughter thinks this is a terrific looking bow for hunting!

I have a Predator Anniversary with Macassar Ebony. I love the look. WIth the accent stripes it looks a bit like leather.

Thanks for the pics.  I love the cross grain veneers but I'm going with the maple similar to whats on that firefly.  KentuckyTJ thats a sweet looking 3-peice longbow.  Overall I'd have to give the nod to the Kanati.  Just plain enough to "go do some work" but cool enough to look serious doing it!
