this is my new hunting buddy,Hunter Woods , shooting my 48lb Dakota. He's not getting it all the way back and shot Bernies bow better. He only lost one of my arrows in about 500 shots over two days. The football games alone were worth the trip. Woods has a way of winning every game he cons you into playing. He makes the rules up as we go. LOL.

This is looking out of Woods' blind the  first day. lots of hens but no shot. he would conect later.

nothing better than a recurve killed alligator stew. this was as good as it looks.

Two Dakotas and a Schafer. I knew I liked michael when I saw his bow up close. A 2008 schafer that looked like he drug it down behind his truck. A bow is suppose to be used like a hammer or a saw. Not babied and polished and put on a shelf.

Don't know yet if this hunt will be put up for bid this year,( got to ok it with higher) if it is I'm going to start sharpening my paper football skills. Thanks Michael and Woods for a fun hunt.  Also Bernie and Cory.  One of the side dishes on Sat night was Butternut squash. When I went to my dads on sun afternoon, he was planting four rows of butternut squash in his garden. He aint a easy guy to impress.

thanks to all for looking. Don

I don't know about that but I gotta tell you, I sure love the sound of your "scratch box" Turkey call, joebuck. Uhhh - it is you/yours that Ive heard and heard about,  isn't it? I had heard Don's and then Corey demoed his also - very authentic sound.

Bernie. Woods killed two birds in six days with one of Joeys calls. He can run that thing pretty good.

Joey, Michael has waaaaaaaaaaaaay deeper pockets than I do. All he has to do is put one kid in braces and he makes about $3k. Do you know how many $200 screens I have to sell to make $3k?

If you'll ask Batman the golden question. we may get an invite to NC!

even though Woods is only 10, he is definitely on Prostaff....Batman has already called complaining about Wood's call compared to his....batman said "all he has called up with his is a Gay Democrat"....i told batman to watch Woods more closely and pick up some tips, all he had his mind on was Cory's prime rib........Biggie, you and marty pick me up in Charolette airport...next april..we're crashing this camp.....

You guys crack me up. I forsee trying to get the "three stooges" up sometime in the futrure.

Woods not only can run a scratch box, he's one heck of an owl hooter too. He aint too bad of a golf cart driver either. I'm sure I'll hunt and fish with him again. DB
