Ken,

I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but that's the ONE thing wild pigs don't have- B A C O N.

but they do have pork chops, hams, shoulders, backstraps, and tenderloins.

Ron, they most certainly were....and those came from the last sow I killed at Hog Heaven. There wasn't a bunch of meat on them like a farm hog, but what there was, Miss Kim said they were the best ribs she's ever had. Way too many guys leave the ribs because they don't look like much....don't make that mistake brothers!

Ken, That deer heart was pretty tasty although I think next time I will try it fried.  I need to throw some plastic baggies in my hunting pack for the Liver too.

I dont know how you could watch Bowspirit eat that thing!     :jumper:

Ken,
You are going to have a great time. Ray is a top-notch host, and the countryside down there is beautiful. It is a great place to hunt and relax.
I'll be going back once I save enough nickels and dimes.
