Hilbre Broadheads

I just pick-up a bunch of Hilbre broadheads and I am looking for any information about them.  Anyone have an idea of their value?

Thank you,

James

There are (were) a bunch of them around.  I tend to shy away from plastic bodied broadheads for big game.

Thank Chuck!  I have no plan to use them for hunting, but would like to know more about them and if any collector would be interested.

You could try to reach out to Jim Reebuck from the Sunbury PA area. He advertises in TBM. I traded him a few for some others as he'd not seen them with the plastic ferrule.

I shot one as a younger man into a rotten old stump and it exploded on contact! Fixed me to ever use them.

Get in touch with Raghorn on this site, he's a collector and can probably tell you what you need to know.

Doc,

I did not think of Jim.  Many years ago I use to shoot with Jim quite a bit.  I have not seen him since I left PA.
