I'm glad yours worked out. I was not as lucky. I bought a set a month or so ago. waited a couple of weeks and finally called him, He had forgot I paid him. We discussed that they were for a BW and had to have tapered bolts. The intention was to send the arrow heads and bolts seperate and I would glue them so they would line up. Finally friday they cam in. Bolts glued, no taper and to short. I have called his number 10 times with no response. his voice mail is full. I am disapointed

Buff sorry just send them back I will pay shipping both ways and make right. Machine is cleared if you would like to call. Or Pm me your number and I will call you. If you want a refund I can do that and you can keep the bolts and sell them for your trouble. I am very sorry all my fault.thanks<><

I can understand you being disappointed and believe you have a right to be. Frank would be the first to admit that. Although I have never met him in person I've seen how he has dealt with the people on this forum. I believe him to be an honest and good man. I'd urge you to give him another chance. Just my opinion Buff but I'd be willing to bet my longbow that it's shared by the majority if not everyone on this site.

I'm very happy with the 4 sets I've gotten from him.
Looks like he's offered to fix it however you want...over and above just making it right...sounds like great customer service to me.

I had an email from him this morning. I was sure he would make it right, I just couldn't find him.
I used a torch last night and removed the bolts myself, so it is all good.

Had no doubt that Frank would take care of whatever was needed to make it right. Frank is like most around here - it's not like a full time business with office hours, so sometimes can take a bit more time to get in touch, but it will get done.
Frank, are you going to have a booth at Lake Geneva this weekend? Going to have any limb bolts along? I could use a set myself.

Buff,
Be patient w/ Stickshooter and allow him the opportunity to make things right. I had a great interaction with him months ago that did not involve any exchange of money...I got to experience first hand the man's generosity and an offer (that I did not accept) for his wife to do some work gratis for me.
He deserves an opportunity to correct your transaction, then it would be very cool for you to report same to the rest of us. Make nice/nice.... Stickshooter is worth the effort and the consideration.
Just my opinion,,,aught to be yours....
