BIG BEAR with HOOTS RECURVE

ABOUT A MONTH AGO LEE HOOTS BUILT ME A NEW RECURVE-56" 47#@28" BOCOTE/MACASSER TO TAKE ON MY CANADIAN BEARHUNT.THE BOW SHOOTS GREAT AND LOOKS AMAZING!AFTER PASSING ON EIGHT DIFFERENT BEARS THIS BEAR CAME IN ON THE FOURTH EVENING.OFFERING ME A PERFECT SHOT ANGLE AT 15YDS. THE MAGNUS 1 BROADHEAD HIT ITS MARK, RIGHT BEHIND THE FRONT LEG,SINKING UP TO FLETCHES.THE BEAR TURNED,RAN,AND CRASHED AT ABOUT 75YDS.AFTER THE DEATH MOAN I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT HAD REALLY HAPPENED.MY GUIDE CORY CHENEY AT NORTHERN OUTDOOR LODGE DOES AN EXCELLANT JOB FOR HIS HUNTERS.ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF BEAR BETWEEN 300-400LBS.THANKS LEE FOR A GREAT BOW.
