NOT ENOUGH!Five years ago I made a decision to quit my old shop to go with a company that works a tremendous amount of overtime [alot of off hours jobs when people are out of the offices or buildings]because I had three children reaching college age.So I get out deer season with the bow anywhere from 4 to 8 times a season. It drives me wild to be working nice days during the rut but maybe once the college loans are paid off or  when I retire I can make up for it .Oh and I haven't been turkey hunting either.

I hunt everyday of big game season here in NY in the southern zone, which is about 65 days. I than small game hunt(turkey, squirrel, rabbit)another 20 days a year, and I am adding bowfishing this year, so I would say around 95-100 days a year. I should say that a lot of days I only get out for and hour an a half or so, but everyday I can I do. Shawn

All told around 100 plus , but that includes not all tradional, tried bow hunting ducks insanely difficult with the amount of birds we have ,,it goes something like this.. deer then ducks then hogs then the offshore fishing starts then deer then ducks then hogs,,got a great routine

you should post this as a poll  but I probably am out 40-50 days a year  would like it to be about a 100  but I have to work

12 to 15 days a year.  It's too hot and humid in the Lowcountry of SC the vast majority of the deer season to get out in the woods and fight the mosquitos, chiggers, snakes and sweat!!

Most of my hunting is on an out of state deer hunting trip.

Not counting fishing, I probably hunt 30 - 50 days.  Fish another 10-15.  Scout every day, thinking of past hunts and planning for future ones.

I put in over 90 days in the tree stand hunting deer, 40 days on upland species, 2 weeks on waterfowl, 75 days trapping... and if scouting counts it would be well over 200.

Too many according to my wife!LOL. I would say between 75-100 easily...

100+ never really kept count but its 5-6 days a week when season is in.

Usually make it out about 30-35 days of our 45 day turkey season......at least the last 5 years or so,only about 15 days this past season tho....

Deer hunting.........well,we have about 135 days in our season,and I might go about 50-60 times in a season.

Total out is roughly 100 days of actual hunting.Mind you that's not all FULL days hunting,alot of just morning hunts during turkey season or just evening hunts during deer season.

100 DAYS SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT FOR ME NOT ENOUGH ACCORDING TO MY WIFE...SHE THINKS I SHOULD DO MORE LONG DISTANCE HUNTS..LOL...200 FOR MY HOUNDS.
