Got my new Centaur Chimera today. She turned out nice! Charcoal Ruby riser. Limbs have the XTL carbon core sandwiched by two laminates of action bamboo....woven carbon back with black glass on the belly. It has the stippled grip.
IMHO, they are the holy grail of bows!
Here's some pics..

Thanks!
Yep, she is a shooter. What so amazing, he gets performance ALONG with stability, accuracy, and quietness all in one package with this design....not an easy task.
I'm also a sucker for dymondwood and black glass. Not sure what it is, I could have went with any beautiful veneer on the belly, but just something about black glass and the right riser wood, just gets me everytime. lol!

Mike I'm also a sucker for dymondwood and black glass. An ugly riser and beautiful veneers is an awkward combination. Your new bow is fantastic.

Mike, a couple of weeks ago I "tortured" myself over a 62" Double Carbon Elite with a Ruby Charcoal Dymondwood stippled arrowhead grip. After seeing yours I could kick myself for not buying it.

I got mine a week or so ago, and what you said...
Yeah Buddy!
I think it is actually a little faster than my Carbon Elite, and she's a screamer! Yours is a real beauty, a classic.
