Big shout to all of you planning to chase elk in Colorado this September.
Took a long drive today west of Pikes Peak, N & S of Divide. Good rain and the grass is looking green and high. Good elk feed. Hope all of you score. Lots of animals this year. Get up this way please give me a holler for shooting or scouting.

I was just in Elevenmile canyon a couple of weeks ago fishing. I sure did notice the nice conditions for elk going through the same area. I'm moving to Deckers a month before the season. We'll have to hook up!
