Jim is a stand up Guy! He makes a mighty fine Bow. Is his new Siren carbon backed?

I talked to him last year at a KTBA shoot and he was talking about wanting to play with carbon. And your right his bows are plenty fast! smooth and quiet. He makes a pretty darn good string too.

Currently none of our bows have carbon, but we are going to try it on one soon.

I shot one of Jim's bows at the Jerry Pierce shoot. Being a selfbow guy I am used to a little thump from my bow when I loose an arrow. What a pleasant surprise to shoot a fast, accurate bow with zero hand shock that Jim made.
If I was in the market for a laminated bow, Jim would be the guy I would look up first.

Here is a picture of a BlackCreek recurve Jim custom built for me. The riser has a rather radical grip, but he and Lonnie build it just as I wanted it. The workmanship on these bows is second to none.
