Sir:
I read your "why I eat wild meat" on the last page of the latest TBH. You said more on one page than I could have in a book.
I couldn't agree more, and Well done.

Yes, a VERY good article but not well done-medium or slightly rare is a much better way to grill wild meat.  :D
