Surely Bienville National Forest is loaded with rattlesnakes, copperheads, and cottonmouths. The problem you have there is, I suspect, that they are protected in the National Forest. Went to Dahomey NWR last week to scout the hogs and within 20 minutes encountered enough rattlers to back 20 bows. Unfortunately it is illegal to take anything that is not on the hunting schedule. For me the rattler is good eating and would not go to waste. At this NWR they need to be put on the hunting schedule along with the hogs.

I checked out Pine Hallow, and if I go with diamondbacks, I will get a pair from them; however, I would like to have something a bit more exotic.
We did kill a copperhead a year ago in my yard, but in 10 years here it is the first one I have seen.
I have seen a few moccossins as well, and also some kingsnakes, but I don't really want either of them.
Also, one needs a "matching pair," so I figured it would be by far easiest to get get such a pair from a supplier.
