I'm fletching a doz. goldtips, need to know if Duco will work on the shafts. Did a search, but it came up with alternate glues, didn't mention Duco. Thanks for a responce, Biff

I would not try it. If you must then do 1 feather and after it is very dry pull on the feather to see what happens. I use fletch-tite after I have roughed up the area first. Then wipe down with acetone. There are other ways to prep shafts and other fletch glues. See what others have to say. Tom

Nope! found out the hard way on 1/2 doz. shafts I fletched. Fletchtite Platinum works pretty well, but I'm currently using Goat Tuff or Fast Fletch CA type adhesives and they seem to do a much better job. Trick with the CA's is not to use much adhesive so they dry quick. Also, I've started using MEK as a cleaner rather than denatured alchohol or acetone.

Just use super glue, that has always worked for me.

I second the use of tape. You can fletch a dozen arrows in a matter of minutes. Have been using it for wood, carbon and aluminum.
