Just a reminder to our tribe of Traditional Bowhunters that WY leftover tags go on sale July 6th. I will be there with a cow elk tag and it looks like a mulie tag if all goes well.
If you missed the draw and want to hunt in WY this is an excellent way to get a tag for cow elk, mule deer, or doe pronghorn. There are walk-in areas around and the DNR site has lots of info. Good luck!
I am going to the Trad Worlds next month in TN to hone the elk shooting skills on foam. If anybody is going with elk on the brain look me up!
