Bowspirit can't make it today but myself and Cyclic Rivers will do our best to recon and engage these hostile swamp monsters! today i will be shooting a beautifull little green bow made by a member here, hope to do him proud and spill some blood. will post pic's and video latter!

I rode my motorcycle to spring turkey hunt one year,,, you should have seen some of the looks I got with that tom turkey strapped to the lugguage rack when I came back into town!
I had not choice as the wife had our only car at work. That's is a fun memory though!!!

Please continue with your posting!

Cyclic Here from ADKKen's computer. Filling up the the cooler with ice and we are out.

Yesterday we tried a spot coined the Bayou. A lot of frogs theer but they were very skiddish. I assume It's due to the egrets and blue herons not to mention Bass and fools with bows  :dunno: !

Bowspirit made some great shots, most shots needed to be long and you really had to "HUNT" the frogs.

Will be back with today's rondevous and adventures.

I love your lil green bow! I'm guessing it's a BBO stained that beautiful hue of green.

Looking forward to seeing pictures or videos of the hunt.

God bless,Mudd

the bow was built by Nosage, Keithe Deiters who is a member here. an absolute beautifull bow that somehow Charlie managed to name BOOGER!!!!!! i think i'll shorten it to Boogie as it was pretty much the Boogieman to frogs today. still down loading pic's.

Chris,
i think Ron wants to go with ya. i might go again and bring my kayak to hunt the far side and run camera for you guys. if we add what you guys get tommorow, make anoher trip with the 4 of us i think we can easily have 200 frogs for a great stumping/cook out, what do ya think?

I think it's a fine idea. It'll be tricky, but I'd like to include Drew when we all get together. I know he's heading up with me tommarrow.

And footwear? footwear? If I don't have a few leeches on me, I'm just not hunting right...
