Because of Trad Gang,  I've made a bunch of friends some of which I would consider "family".

Because of Trad Gang my confidence has been renewed that there are still honorable men and women who choose to hunt and help each other the way God made us to.

I have learned what a "real" archery forum is all about and how generous people involved in traditional archery are(St. Judes Auction.)  

I have learned that it is a good thing that I can not afford a custom bow because the quality that is out there and the amount of talented bowyers would make the decision nerve racking.

Whatever you shoot and whatever you shoot out of it is less important than just the fact that your are shooting traditional and enjoying it.

When you ask a rookie question, you will get a lot of good answers from people looking to help you out, not make you feel stupid for not knowing something that should be "common knowledge."

And last but not least, I have learned that you can have friends and mentors without ever meeting them first.  That makes this site the best out there.

Because of Tradgang, I have learned that even though one thinks of themselves as having it bad, there are others that are less fortunate than me.  To see the help and offerings to people that are in need, or has lost, with no way to build back, this community picks them back up, and lets them stand.  Thanks to anyone who has ever given, and not ask in return.  That is truely "Traditional"

I can go into the woods without the I have to kill something mentality and have realized that being there was just as good or better. I have become a more consious and appreciative hunter because of Trad Gang.

 I have discovered that the journey is the part I relish and the true meaning of being a Trad hunter.

 Made some great friends and learned more than I ever thought I needed to know.

 Built and shot my first all wood bow which is going off in the Trad Gang bow trade. I have also started to build and fashion my rig for this fall made entirely by myself (except the stone heads) saving those for later LOL
