Have most all size Ace heads but lately have shot 160's on heavier arrows. Easy to sharpen & hold a very good edge. Above, doubt 10 grains will make any noticeable flight difference.

I use the 200s, but they're pretty much the same design, just bigger.  Mine fly very well, are easy to sharpen, and are tough.  Opened up a HUGE hole in a coyote a couple months ago.  I sure like mine.

Ace heads rock! As folks have already said, excellent quality, easy to sharpen, and fly great. I've use the standards for several years now with excellent results. Got a half dozen of the 175gr Super Express' that I'm going to try out on turkey this spring. They look like they'll cut a BIG hole.

They're built just up the road from me and I have never tried them.  Thinking about picking some up at Kzoo.

I shoot the 200 gr Super Express, and have always been amazed at how well that big ole thing flies.  Plus, it's one of the easiest heads to file-sharpen I've tried.

I have tested just about every head available. By every measure the Ace standard 160 comes out with the very best. Very tough, sharpens very easily whether file or gadget method, mount true, hold the edge for a long time and through the animal, no noise or wind plain when mounted true, zip through bone like butter, blood trails as good as any three blade (Except snuffers), and econimical (low cost and you can't bust em, ruined 2 grizzly el grandes, many ribbies, can;t break the ace).  And most important- Made in the USA

This was the first year I used them, i was using the 160 grain standards, they flew good and sharpened easily. A really good broadhead IMO.

I've been using the 125-grain Standards since 2004 on everything from small game to bull moose. Nothing but excellent results.

I've always liked a big heavy head so I use the Super Express 200gr. Ace heads are tough and sharpen easy.

Have shot the 140's and they fly like darts out of my Bob Lee--Sharpen up great and perform great on black bear & deer.
