Heck, at 100 degree killing a hog sure wouldnt have made the trip any more enjoyable. Thanks for taking us along, great pics and story as usual.

Did you shoot that drone down with your bow? Well-done catching the pig! It's been a slow year for hunting pigs here, too. Hopefully it'll pick-up.

I have tried to catch some small pigs like that before, all that I can say is that you must be pretty light on your feet... Kinda' cat-like!!

Nice pics, they bring back old memories. I hunted Ft. Stewart back in the early 60's. My dad hunted it before it was open to the public (50's). He had a friend that was a helicopter pilot stationed there and could go with him.
Back then and even for many yrs after it was opened to the public there were wild cows in there and was legal to shoot them. All I ever saw were their tracks in the clay roads. When those things go wild they are hard to find.
