What a wonderful day
« on: July 11, 2010, 12:13:00 PM »
Got up this morning, twisted up 3 new strings-one each for both my sons and myself, and the proceded to go out and kill every leaf and target in the back yard.   It's now nap time for them (6 and 4), and I just might check my eyelids for leaks myself.

It has just been a fantastic day.  Everyone was smiling and getting along.  I love traditional archery.

Nice way to spend the morning Grapes. Your post inspired me to do a little shooting with my youngest daughter later today. Since you live around the corner from me practically, you know it's pretty darn hot out right now. I think we'll go out in the yard after dinner when the sun is throwing long shadows, and fling a few ourselves.

We're gonna hit Jalapenios restaurant on Baldwin in Pontiac tonight, then off to Bass Pro for there Members Night sale..  We need to get together for some fun shooting.  I'm just south of Clarkston off of Baldwin.  Are you heading to the MBH shoot this next weekend?
