Bow Hand Wrist Pain
« on: May 09, 2007, 10:33:00 PM »
Last night I was shooting nothing but dead on shot after shot from anywhere out to 40 yards. I shot longer than usual and today my wrist has a sharp pain.
I shoot four to five times a week for about an hour and I've been shooting for years. This is the first time I've had this happen and I'm not sure it was from my shooting. Any of you had this happen? Just a magic night and I should have hung the bow up a little sooner.

This can happen and the worst part is, it can sometimes take a while for the wrist (or other part) to recover.  Whether it was from shooting or something else, give it a rest.   Get well soon.

Ice in a ZipLock Bag, wrapped in a Dishtowel for 10 minutes at a Time will help with any swelling, and may alleviate the Pain. For a Full Fix, Where is Whip when ya need him??
