New Kota longbow
«

I thought I would share some pics of my new Kota Badlands Longbow. It has Bocote limb overlays with a Bocote handle. The limb cores are bamboo and the limb tips are made of sheeps horn. It's 62",#52@28. I am so pleased with the craftsmanship of this bow. Thanks, Tim!!!
Hopefully these pics will upload correctly.

I am a bocote fan and that is a remarkable piece of bocote!!! A beautiful bow!!! I never would have thought that sheeps horn would look that good with the bocote, but it is a beauty!!! Almost to purty to take to the woods!!! Almost!!!

Here you go, Bentpole. Thanks everyone. This is my first Kota bow and I am not disappointed. Tim is obviously an excellent Bowyer. Now if I can just shoot this bow as good as the it looks!

I love that bow! I call dibs if you ever want to sell!
I have to get one of his longbows! I'm looking at a 3 piece Nomad with a Bacote riser and Birds-eye limbs.
Very nice bow you have there! The Bacote is very high grade that is for sure.

I have the exact same bow, same woods except the limb tips are bocote instead. They have a smooth draw and are fun to shoot. Mine is 53@27 3/4". Tim's a nice guy to deal with - Enjoy
