My favorite recurve! No tips in particular, just play around with the brace height and nock point until you get good arrow flight. I am shooting 9/16" nock height and 7 3/4" brace height. 52.5#@28" (bow is 50#@27" and I draw 28"), 58" long and I really like the grip too! Enjoy your bow>>>------->Mike

Been selling them for about 4 years. Scott does great work. His longbows are pretty incredible too.

I have a bit of trouble quieting mine down, but the grip keeps me coming back to his recurves!

I have 2 longbows and 1 recurve. Love the bows and the builder! Hard to go wrong with a TimberHawk.

I love the riser Gary!!! Makes me kind of jealous! I haven't played around with the brace height much yet but mine is kind of noisy when shot, shooting 7 3/4 right now, I've got a set of heavier limbs for it for hunting.

I have 3 of these bows. Two takedowns both premiers and one 60 inches and one 56. As for set up I run mine at 8 inches and pad the string loops with heavy wool yarn and use the same for silencers. Takes most of it out. I love the grips and man do they shoot. He has a sleeper in the Strike what a great bow. You will not find a better guy than Scott to deal with.

I traded Scott back a 54 inch Strike for a Talon Hunter plus some cash. Actually liked the Strike a bit better feel-wise, but shoot the longer bow better. Go figure!
