I got another Whippenstick longbow coming in about a week and another Big Jim coming next week.The Big Jims a real knockout.The whippenstick is a 2 piece off the new form.

Should be a great week.The anticipation is building.

None at the moment. I think I'm going to give Dale Dye a call and order another of his bows. I was thinking about a Blacktail also but I'd like to shoot one first.

A Bear 1st shot set for my 3-year-old son and a Crusader youth bow for my 7-year-old daughter. both should be here on Monday. This has me more excited than anything I have ever ordered for myself.

I just checked out the Silvertips available on the Sponsor Classified thread. I've never even seen a Schafer, only pictures. I have an e-mail to the folks at Schafer as of last night. I can't believe I'm considering another bow-on-order! I went back and reviewed Sivlertip threads back to 2008 to see what folks saya about them.  Doesn't appear many recurves come more highly recommended?

Whew, man, i thought I was bad--you guys really need help!   :rolleyes:   At the moment I have none on order (only because I have received all I had on the way)   ;) .  This thread is dangerous!  Makes me think about what else I might "need".  :knothead:

I've got a 56" Kajikastik recurve on order. Should be a looker with osage/cocobolo riser and limb veneers of very grainy cocobolo on the back and "firewood" osage on the belly. According to JD, there may be a couple of "surprises" thrown in, also.
Can't wait to get it. Shouldn't be too long now.   :archer2:

Silvertip's are very well made and shooting bows. I could accurately shoot every Silvertip I picked up that is in my preferred weight range. I would love to own one some day. I can see that happening. This is the bow I have in my sights right now;
