where to buy 4" shield cut feathers

I'm wanting to get either AMG or TF feathers but it's my understanding that AMG does not make 4" shield cut, is this still correct?  If so, where is the best place to get 4" TF shield cut feathers at?

Are those the best prices?  Do you know if AMG also has a 4"?  They seem less expensive in general compared to TF.
