Owned a Apache. Very nice shooter for sure. Quiet and quick. The finish and lines were as good as any. It was a bit long was the reason for letting it go. I wouldn't mind owning another at some point.

Had an Apache TD (bow bolt). Enjoyed shooting it, had a great feel. Was a little disappointed in the cast. Seemed a little slower than my other R/D bows of the same draw weight. The nocks were big and ugly as a can full of worms. I believe a little taper on the limb tips and cut down the excessive size of the limb nocks and the bow would have been much quicker. The fit and finish was very good.

I have several and love them. The grip just melts into your hand and makes the bow point great.

I just sold my Apache.  I loved that grip and the fit/finish were tops.  I also thought the nocks were a bit big but I would not discount it just for that.  The Apache has such smooth lines when braced and was dead quiet with my set up.  You do not see them pop up often on the classifieds so that may be saying something.

I have an Apache and wouldn't part with it.Fit and finish is excellent. Super quiet when tuned and fast enough for me.Koko Bow is right. The Apache has lines like no other that I have seen. There is something special about its design. You will find Roy to be a great guy to deal with.
Good luck,

I have a Cherokee but my buddy and father-in-law both have Apaches.  The grip is a little different between the two bows but other than that, they are basically identical.  I personally love my Navajo bow and very much like Roy Hall as a person.  He's honest and true to himself and his work.

I had a problem with the bow making noise (most of which was me) but after a quick e-mail, we got the bow tuned back up and quiet as a whisper again.

Great bows, great bowyer.  Grab one if you can get your hands on it!
