Cedars (some Rogue Rivers I still have)with 2 blade Zwickey Deltas will be on my bear arrows when I go to Maine in September to shoot out of my Hill longbow.

Better question: what WON'T i be shooting this fall? Lol
Most likely I'll shoot beman Ics Bowhunter 400's with  a 200gr. Magnus 1, Wensel Woodsman, ace standard, Snuffer, and e few others. all respectively made to be 200grs. via different weight adapters. I've shot every brand of arrow. Decided on the Ics for both price and quality.

My plan is to use Easton FMJ 340 and Gold Tip Ultralight 300 with 100 grains adapters, cut to just beyond 31"
3 X 5" or 4" feathers.

Broadheads:
Four BH`s is on the list:

From left Centaur big game head single bevel 265 grains, Grizzly el grande 300 grains single bevel, Centaur battle axe 295 grains and the woodsman 250 grains.

Margly
Just checked the search function here on TG and found a thread about calculating EFOC from Dr. Ashby:

I have used a wrong foc calculator from Gold Tip.

When I use the calculation I did read here
I did find out that my GoldTips have a actual EFOC of 28.06% with my Grizzly El Grande (total-weight 692 grains)

And my Easton fmj`s (total-weight 795 grains) have a EFOC of 25.37%

Guess I have the penetration issue under control.

Now I only need to get scary sharp and put them arrows in the right place  :archer:

Margly
With a healthy dose of madness and bad memory, life`s a wonderful journey

I'll be shooting the same basic arrows I've been using for about seven years now: Beman ICS 340s, 20-grain Flightmate adapters, and 125-grain Ace Standards.
