Well a day after I posted this my guy got back to me. He was on a month long trip out west to fish and had just got back. Figures...anyway I feel obligated and comfortable using him so I will keep this thread and order up some spring arrows around January from someone on here. Thanks again all and have a great season.

Give a shot to making your own. I just started and with some very good tutoring, they are looking pretty darned good, if I have to say so myself. Priceis right to. Right around half price once the big stuff is out of the way.

I bought some shafts from Rick Stillman (The Feathered Shaft) Superb!

Some of the best I have seen. Great guy to deal with as well. He will send you a bundle of test shafts to find what fits and then make you some sweet sticks.

I have about 25 dozen arrows and really have been very happy with the arrows I have gotten from Ted at Raptor. Why do I have so many, they seem to last a long time. I was just out shooting my fir arrows that Ted made for me for a Colorado Elk Hunt in 1999.

I'll second Joe Lorenzen(jlnft). Joe makes some nice arrows and sells them in the classified section on occasions. "Pon" mentions him as well in this post. Good luck and "Keep'um Sharp".
