NO
question on the bow; it will be my 55# camo TallTines.
I'm having trouble deciding on my broadhead. I can run 340s with 125g Woodsman Elites or bump up to 300s and go to a 250g WWE or a 260g Snuffer, both of which I have supreme confidence in or finally give a two blade a try...I have a couple packs of screw in Abowyer Brown Bears that are dying to slice thru some critters.
The most interesting part of this whole dilemma is how incredibly all the broadheads fly with these:
I'm preparing for a big trip to SE Alaska and have been experimenting with some new vanes and fine tuning old ones. I am always amazed that these little vanes steer those big broad heads so well!

My RW Stalker 46" should help me walk about this year in the tight woods we hunt here in Quebec. But my Kanati 54" might get a shot as well.

I have the choice narrowed down to 5 bows. Right now any of the 5 I would be comfortable with......stabow

It'll be my 54" Anneewakee Addiction bow, "Blackie", for sure this season:
It
will
have a "Slim Jim" Kanati BH quiver on it by then though :D
Oh yeah, the same arrows (CX90s) you see there but without wraps, and fletched in wild Turkey feathers w/ a band of reflective tape on the shaft.

Well I only have two...my Bama Royal and my Bama Hunter.
I'll probably take the Hunter because it is higher poundage, lighter to carry, and I don't mind getting it beat up, especially during late season when I am in the snow.

I shoot all of my bows from Jan. 1st to June 1st, then, I decide on the one and shoot it exclusively the rest of the year. The more bows I collect the harder the decision becomes. This year I decided on last years least favorite, a 1970 Bear Kodiak Hunter. 50# @ 28”, 5 shot group from 50ft. I only wish I could do this every time.

For me, it will be my Martin Savannah 55# longbow equipped with an Eagles Flight quiver and custom tapered Chundoo arrows tipped with VPA's. I am also going to twist up a astro flight skinny flemish for it as well. Pics to come soon...

Unless my 50# Tall Tines recurve makes here a little early... I'll be carrying my 45# TT, Beman MFX 600's, 100 gr. brass inserts with either some Wensel Woodsmens 150 gr, or some of Jim Neaves 2 blades.

Love my Mohawk, but I got a used Robertson Pierce Point longbow on the way. She's gonna be a take-down, I'm sure she's gonna shoot like my Mohawk (I hope). If all goes well, and I got to travel a bit, than the Stykbow goes. For local gigs, oll faithful (Mohawk) see's most of the action.

Toelke Classic Whip for me, but im hoping Jim Gainey gets my Siren to me in time, as I want to throw it in the mix as well.
The Whip is 54, and we are shooting for 47 on the Siren, so will probably use it here in Alabama then switch to the Whip when I go out to Texas and Alaska.
