Schafer camo limbs?....
« on: August 01, 2010, 12:56:00 AM »
Anyone know what camo they offer now? Last year Beth said they still had some green woodland left (which I don't care for). Wondering what kind of camo material they can use for this.

Also, is the wait time 9 months or so?

Stained Quilted maple under clear glass works great

Don't know if I'm right or not, but I heard or read the camo material they used for these limbs was some kind of thin netting like you'd use for mosquitoes.

I just ordered one. I believe they can use any camo you would like. Just email Beth and ask!

L.E., I should not have said I 'don't care for' the green woodland, heck I like all of them. I always wanted the brown and now they are out of it. Was thinking of maybe the Max4 Realtree pattern, it's kinda brown, with a walnut handle. Wanted to try out a fast flight bow, never had one.

Have been fortunate to have owned several beautiful bows, with all sorts of woods. Going to order the next one to 'use and abuse'.

Thanks for the responses, will call Beth and get the low down.

Yes, nine months is correct. I ordered a LB last December, and it's supposed to be done the end of September.

I just got a set a month ago that I had done with treeback on them. I now have a set with the brown camo and a extra set with the treebark
