MY NEW LOVE (GRIFFIN)
« on: August 02, 2010, 11:31:00 PM »
my griffin arrived today that i purchased from fellow tradganger bergie.all i can say is WOW.absolutely incredible shooting bow.so smooth, shock free and is a rocket launcher.i ran two through the chrono just to see how fast...650 gr arrow...bow is 64" 58@28 so should be 61 at my draw.both arrows were doin 190 fps.this is my holy grail bow ..i shot this bow lights out from the first arrow after setting nock to my height.beautiful quilted maple lams on limbs stained a dark honey.bamboo cores, cocobolo handle.this bow is insane.now i know why people are willing to wait 24-30 months on one of these......WOW.....        :notworthy:

That is a good looking bow and I know what ya mean about getting on the list. I have a Griffin that I bought from stock bows he had a few years ago. I actually thought about selling it until I took it out ans shot it again. Now I am debating calling Mr. McCullough up and seeing about getting on that list.
Would love to have a 60" full osage with bamboo core pulling about 55 at 30.

Something about these Griffins are just special.

Papa Bear

Aren't they nice!!!!  I just got mine this past April.  Sweetheart of a bow.  Mine is 60" 53@28 but around 55 @ my draw length.  Haven't chrono'd mine but it seems to launch a 678 gr arrow quite well.

Welcome to the Griffin Brotherhood!!!

Mike
