For carbon, you may have luck with the 600 size.

You might look at some junior carbons like Junior ST Axis or CE Thunderstrom. These arrows are for bows 40# and under and are 28" long.

My wife is right around that same set up. The 1816's shoot very well. I just picked up some .600 spined Entrada Carbons and they fly very well also.
I reckon so

A kid  has basically the same draw, bow weight, and recurve(pearson). I helped him to learn to shoot. I bought him some 1616 Blues arrows from bowhunters and they fly great off his bow. He uses 125gr.points,28" long, 3fletch,B50 string and they shoot like darts. I shoot 1816 on a40# Xcellerator with 450+ string.

Not to change the subject but does anybody know a good place to buy points for 1616 aluminums?

I buy most of my arrow stuff at Bowhunter Supercenter. Great selection, good prices and reasonable and quick shipping.

If you want to use screw-in points, 1816's (these work great for my wife), or Beeman ICS Hunter Jr's.  We've had good results with bows 25+ lbs with these.
