Hi!
I ordered a wool pullover from this sponsor for over 7 weeks ago, and paid with PayPal at the same time on their webshop.

The problem is that I still haven't received any item.

I`ve tried to email them twice and called their number 3 times with no answer or reply.

Does anybody have any other contact info so I can reach them if there is any issues with my order/sizes etc?

Thanks Margly

I bought one of their wool poolovers at ETAR. They seemed like really nice people. I'm kinda suprised. Theresa gave me a business card with contact info, but i can't find it. I'll keep looking and if I can find it, I'll be sure to pass on the contact info listed.

Margly,

I have spoken with both Fred and Teresa. They are great people. As for your pullover; it has been my experience that response has been slow if they are traveling. Teresa makes the pullovers one at a time. She needs to be home to do it. Phone is at home and email is more then likely done in batches.

I have come to expect that they are not like the mail order or internet sales businesses you find on the web. While they have a web presence they don't operate at that speed.

I, like you, ordered a pullover and it took well over four weeks for an email about it to be answered. When Teresa found out I needed it now, she then made it for me that day and shipped it.

Hang in there and email. They will get to you.

Martin

I know they are out and about in the summer, with Denton Hill and Compton. I got one of the pull overs at Denton Hill. I think it will get there, just be patient.

Thanks Martin!
Yes I guess it takes time, I was only curious if I had the correct contact info and maybe some of my fellow tradgangers had the correct info.

But sooner or later Ì guess they will read the emails and ship my pullover

Thanks
