Skinned some limbs for 2HATS
« on: August 13, 2010, 04:44:00 PM »
There has been quite a bit of interest lately in applying snakeskins, so I thought I'd share the set that I just completed for my bud 2Hats (Danny).

They are TT Black Max Carbons and will go on his Morrison ILF riser. I placed my metal Morrison ILF riser beside it just for kicks.

They look great Allen...

2-Hats should beware though.  As low as he hunts in the tree a Ol' Rattler my want to join him for a little romance....

You know whats a shame.I can't even see them here at work,so I will have to wait till I get home to check them out on my computer.Nook ,,you're right my treestands aren't much higher than a round hay bale.lol.I relly am hoping for a nice yeller Timber to come rolling on by.I shouldn't say that since that is possible in some othe places we hunt.

Snake skin limbs are awesome looking.  I just bought a used Morrison Dakota with skinned limbs (copperheads) will be out of town all next week so won't see it for 10 days or so.  I have a new appreciation for home.

Thanks guys! Now I just need a set of copperheads or canebrakes for my new ACS limbs.

It is a very time consuming job, but well worth it when it's finally complete.

I think the reason you hear so much about them is because we got folks like you who keep posting these ridiculously gorgeous pictures of um   :) .

Seriously, great looking skin job. Every time one of these threads pop up I am getting closer and closer to get some put on my Griffin.
