That'll be neat, John. I'm looking forward to seeing Lee Hoots' work on the Youth Addiction. I just know it is going to be a beauty, and I also know John Davis is going to be proud of it, as I am of mine

Geez, thanks for the vote of confidence, Don - - - - worst of it is I'd be afraid to risk the two bucks . Wait though, I could bet on those two and double my money     :saywhat:

(Maybe if I could shoot from the same stake they do .... naw, that probably wouldn't help either   :o  ) Guess I'll just sit under a shade tree and pet my bow and quiver combo -   :archer:

Well, Bernie.....I saw John Davis shoot aerials at ATAR, and if Evan Hoots shows up, I saw him win the Eagle Eye at Denton Hill, so I KNOW I would lose the two dollars to either one of them right now....I told John that I give him two years and John Davis will be kicking dad's butt!

John, great quiver and I am saving pennies for the black with red stitching....

I know what you mean, John - durn kids keep getting better and I just keep gettin' older - groannnn.     :D

Lee, you're right about John Davis, and Lee Hoots son, Evan, - and the other one batman mentioned (his grandson, Taylor) is no slouch shot either. Ya gotta watch these youngers - they'll 'neek up on ya, a'grinnin' 'n actin' friendly all the time - LOL.

That Black, with Red stiching, Slim Jim will look great on your Addiction, Lee - good choice. Wait'll you see mine - as my Pop always used to say, "Sky-blue-pink, with orange polka dots." Which to him just ment (whatever it was) looked extra special great -LOL)

John I will try to get some good pics of John Davis' Youth Addiction too, in amongst my others.

Evan was the only one of the NC contingent to bring back anything from Denton Hill. Way to go Evan!    :clapper:    :archer2:

I need to interupt this sale with a small infomercial on the "Addiction" recurve in action! (LOL)

Heres a few pics of some bowfishing on the Roanoke River. Plenty of gar around but most ran too deep. We were able to arrow a few. Fish pics to come.

The "Anneewakee Addiction" in its 29 inch gar buster pose.

Nice gar holes on cow creek.

A six foot water critter

Hard to beat the Roanoke River for a more beautiful place to fish.

Fish pics to come soon.

Hey John -- did you get my Kingwood Slim Jim made yet? All this talk about the quivers is making me eager to get mine. I hope it looks as good as I think it is going to, or I will be kicking myself for not ordering the black quiver with red lacing. If you get the chance to post a picture of my quiver, I'm sure others would like to see it, and I know I would.

The bowfishing on the Roanaoke is beautiful and looks like a lot of fun. I wish I was there.

Thanks John. I have to leave town for a couple of days, so maybe it will be here when I get back. How fast can those ponies run?
