Kelly is a prince of a man.

I've hunted with him twice and I'd recommend Cole Creek to anyone for the lopes.

Interesting simple blind.  Was that aluminum tank a little noisy if you shifted around, or did they have it carpeted in some way?

Congratulations Mick! I'm glad you are enjoying the Widow. I still love the Shrew, but still want another Widow.  :(  I think I'll order a Bocote PCH next year. Are you getting your buck mounted? He's a nice one. Take care

Yep.  He's at the taxidermist already.

There was so much room that you really didn't need to get near the sides of the blind.

From both Antelope how many pounds of boned meat total...?

I leave Saturday to go chase goats in SD,,, again. LOL

What sized cooler did you use to get the meat home?

Don't know how much meat.  30-40# each I'd guess.  I had a 100 quart and a 55 quart coolers.  Caping out the head would have saved a lot of room but I didn't and was barely able to wedge it into the big cooler.  Had room to put in 4 small bags of ice.  Very little melting even in the back of the pickup(with topper) and 100 degree weather for 8 hours or so.  It was about a 22 hour drive total.
