Born in GR, them moved to Middleville through high school, collage in Detroit.  Short stints in a few other towns in that area. Did a year in Baltimore, and that is it for out of state living.  Moved back to GR and then to Kalamazoo about 20 years ago.

Thirty years ago and more I ran into trad hunters all the time, but that was really before trad was trad.  In the last 20 or so not one.

Born and raised in the greater Scottville area. Earned my BS degree in Kalamazoo where I lived for 15 years and most recently have been a resident of Grand Rapids for the past 20 years. Still do most of my hunting on or near the family farm near Scottville.

Isn't that near Lansing?  That is where we are having our annual Michigan Longbow Association Squirrel Hunt this September.  We're going to the Dansville State Game area.  Any tips you might be willing to pass along to us, better yet, why don't you join us.

We must just be sneaky!
Well, there's about 380 million acres of land in MI, so that breaks down to about 380,000 acres for each of the 100 or so people that posted here.

I have a hard enough time finding my treestand in the dark and you want me to find another hunter on 380,000 acres??
