Thanks for all the kind words.  I even have plans of entering our Winter banquet's arrow contest, and giving them older guys a run for the Gold.  LOL

I put Shakespear Silencer 137 gr. broadheads on them.  I put them on the classified's on here, and got no response, so it was a no brainer.  Don't know how they fly yet (we had a family reunion today) and I'mjust to darn whipped to get out there and give it a go tonight.  So that will be tomorrow's adventure.

There's something wrong with them, but I can't quite figure it out on the computer, better send them to me so I can give them a first-hand inspection. Lol! Really though, those are nice looking arrows. I love to fletch my own arrows. I haven't tried splicing yet, but love the way they look. Very nice job!        :clapper:

well, I took the hint from a couple of you, and went out to shoot them.  First thing I noticed when I put on the bback quiver was the horrid smell still on the feathers from burning them.  Next thing I noticed was that they fly awesome, including the broadheads.  I have already started mapping out the next set in my head.  I have decided though, that I am only gonna make 6 at a time unless I get someone wanting a dozen made up.  It just seems like too much to make a dozen every time you wanna do it, and this way, I won't have arrows coming out my ears like I do already.  I need to stop looking for them when I loose one at a rabbit or squirrel, and just learn to grab another.

I can get that stink off of them for you. It's a real nasty job but for you I'd take care of it.

Nice work!! Your 1st's look way better than my last!!

My last was a long time ago when I figured out that "I Hate Making Arrows!" but love shooting them.

Magnus made some for me that you've seen in some pf my pictures. Bright pink (full fletch), they kind of look like they should work like a flu-flu but they only start to slow down at about 60 yds.

Great job to both you and Magnus!

God bless,Mudd

PS: A special thank you to Magnus!!!
