My wife ...9 years tomorrow
« on: May 16, 2007, 01:22:00 AM »
I just wanted to brag about my wife for a minute.  Last sunday, yes it was Mothers day, she wanted to go for a drive in the mountains.  Being the resourceful neanderthal man that I am I wanted to kill 2 birds with one stone. So I took some bear bait along to replenish my bait pile.  Romantic huh? :-)  She carried 80+ lbs of dog food, corn and grease up the hill to the bait stand(in 2 trips).  All while carrying a 357 magnum.
She is definitely the one God created for me!!!

Now that's my idea of a perfect day   :)  You sure are lucky to have her and she to have you. I'm pretty sure my wife would do the same for me, we don't have bears around here, but she helps out with tree stands and such.

Happy Anniversary... sounds like a keeper. Make sure you take her someplace a little nicer tomorrow..Yin Yang...It's a matter of balance.

little disappointed that she carried only 80# of bait.  Practice, practice, practice.  You got a good woman.  Mine turned 56 today and still looks 26.

"supersize those fries for the little woman, please...its our anniversary!"

Sounds like a great Sunday. Hope you guys had a good time. From the looks of those bears on your other thread a 357 brings some peace of mind..a couple of real hogs in those pics.
