p.s. Roy, finally got your package in the mail yesterday. Sorry it took so long. I've also just today figured out I may not have gotten the recipe quite right. I'm experimenting with the other tubs here at the house. I'll drop you a line if I figure out an easy correction.

That last batch I got from you was excellent.

I liked it better on toast than with a cracker...lol

Maybe you should share some of this batch with those folks who like to put stuff over and in their "southern tofu"...hahahaha!!!!!!!!
