need help finding a thread
« on: August 26, 2010, 12:39:00 PM »
I'm starting to prepare for a trip to australia next year and I was looking for threads dealing with traveling overseas with our gear. Packing tips for arrows, packs and such.

I know there's been threads that dealt with this in the past but for the life of me I can't find em while doing a search.

Can someone help me out please?

Thanks!

You've probably seen these threads already but in case you haven't...
You might also pm some of the guys that have gone on some of these hunts and get some ideas from them...Denny Sturgis Jr., Cory Mattson, Don Thomas, Andy Ivy (tradtusker), and Marty Thomas (Buff) to name a few.  Hope this helps and good luck!

Start a thread about tips on hunting in Aussie.

Jeff..

Feel free to give up any information you want man!  You can post it here, or PM me.

I've hunted Oklahoma, Texas, and South Dakota. Never been on a trip where I can't just run back to the truck because I forgot something! I'm super paranoid about landing in Australia and waiting for a duffel bag that is on its way to Taiwan. Or getting my duffle bag and finding that I have limbs and arrows for my bow, but my riser is missing...stuff like that.

Thanks!
